Our Families Favorite Quote

As a being of power, intelligence, and the master of his own thoughts, a man holds the key to every situation, to make his life what he chooses it to be. When he discovers the divine power within his soul, he can lead his life to a God-like nature. If one dreams lofly dreams, so shall he become. There is magic in the way one thinks. If we expect the worst, we will get the worst. If we expect the best, we will recieve the best. If we train our minds to have faith in God and ourselves, we are using one of the great laws of life. If we think and live righteously, happiness will find its place in our lives. It is amazing when we expect the best how forces are set in motion which cause the best to materialize. Our thoughts, more than circumstances determine the coarse of our lives. Outward circumstances do not determine the coarse of our lives as much as the thoughts that habitually occupy our minds. These thoughts carve their impression on our faces, in our hearts, and on the tablet of our eternal souls.

This is where we spend most of our summer days!

Heidi, Jade, Jordyn, Jaysha and Brynliegh
What a big boy! I just love to see him sitting in his bumbo!

Dupree Family Reunion @ Hyrum Dam July 28th,2008

Jade and Jordyn got to ride on uncle Eric's boat and just loved it! They had their first experience riding the water rocket, I should have got a picture of them doing that but I was so worried that they might fall or something that I never got a pic!

Tyler @ Primary Children's Hospital

On July 3rd Tyler gave us a scare. We were at my parents house in South Jordan and I had a feeling to go and get him while he was sleeping -so I did and layed him down in front of me and he acted like he was having a hard time breathing ! Like really struggling and so we took him into the hospital and they thought that is sounded like he was having a seizure! I was so shocked because he has been so healthy. Anyway they wanted us to take him to primary's to be checked at their neurology clinic. We took him and they did a few test and he passed them very well. They said that he was growing normal. He may have had a seizure they said because many infants do and then never have a problem thereafter. They did an eeg and this is the picture of him getting that done. It was so traumatizing to him and Me! I did not like to see him go through this. We got the results and they came back normal. I feel so blessed it made me really realize how precious life can be. I love him so so much and I am so thankful all is well with him. He has been such a joy to Justin , I and the girls.
